WHO ARE WE?

The long-standing passion for gingerbread and beauty was the driving force behind the creators of Gingerbread Paradise. Although officially established in 2019, their story began much earlier when the creators of the workshop discovered their shared love for baking gingerbread.

Raised in the tradition of family baking, Agnieszka and Dominik have always been fascinated by the handcrafted methods of preparing delicacies. Gingerbread means more to them than just a sweet snack – it is a work of art that can be eaten. Inspired by the rich traditions of gingerbread baking, they decided to share their passion with others.
By gathering experience in baking, testing new recipes, and honing their skills, Agnieszka and Dominik quickly became experts in the field of gingerbread baking. Their friends and family loved their delicacies and appreciated their meticulousness in every detail.

In 2019, the couple decided to fulfill their dream and open the first Gingerbread Paradise shop, where they could share their unique gingerbread with other enthusiasts of Toruń's baked goods.

Our shops, located in the heart of the Toruń Old Town, at Szeroka 27 and Chełmińska 8 streets, have become a must-visit destination for tourists from all over the country and abroad. The excellent location attracted gingerbread lovers who wanted to taste exceptional flavors and admire the artistic decoration.
